Instead of getting the waxed, get them threaded. and then fill them in. it's easier :)

For now, I'd say to just clean up the edges by plucking the obvious stray hairs at the bottom. Take a dark brown eye shadow, brow powder, or brow pencil to fill the end in. Just use light strokes until they match the front part of your brows.
