Smokey Dark Grey eyes for Green eyes ?

I see so many tutorials for Charcoal smokey eyes /grey smokey eyes and the guru doing it always says this look would look great on blue eyes brown eyes hazel eyes but I'm not too sure about green eyes . I have pale green eyes and I get so many compliments when I wear this shade people say my eyes pop and look stunning does anyone else with green eyes try this look ?

Funny you say that! My makeup today is a light grey smoke to the outer corner of my eye and a bit into my crease. Then used a darker grey/black powder to line my top and bottom lids!
I think it looks great since the neutral sort of black and whiteness to it makes the green irises pop!
