Its not a dumb question, its personal choice I do it before so it blends better but others do it after.

BB works like a good base for concealer for me. So same as Cass F.

I always apply concealer before foundation/bb cream it's a personal preference as I find when I apply my concealer after my makeup can move and become patchy x

I personally think concealer after just cause some irregularities of your skin may be already corrected by the bb or foundation.

You use a concealer first if your trying to cover up blemishes on the face if your tryn to highlight with a concealer then you would apply afterwards. But it's still personal preference for most people.

Concealer after bb cream. Then blend in well with your finger to help feather out the concealer to the bb cream.
