Bottom eyeliner help?

Ok so I love to line my bottom waterline but through out the day it always comes off and rubs off on my skin so I look tired and it's so messy by the end of the day. Any tips for this? I usually use a pencil for the waterline just because it's easier to put on with that but yeah please help!!

You could try patting black powder eyeshadow or the color eyeliner you use on top of the liner.

The powder idea sounds pretty helpful I think, What kind of liner are you using? Not all liners are equipped to line the waterline..I'd suggest a waterproof formula for sure I like Sephora collection waterproof pencil liner or urban decays liners they stay the best of all I've tried so far but always on the hunt for something better for sure, good luck :)

I agree with the black eyeshadow...thats what I do.

Try using a waterproof gel liner, its more pigmented and stays on longer. I use maybelines waterproof gel liner on the water line. It will also feel more comfortable on the waterline than powders.
