One thing you should keep in mind is that your hair naturally sheds approximately 80-120 hairs per day. This is completely normal because it also grows approximately that many new hairs per day. Its completely natural and normal. You may not actually be shedding more than normal, you may just feel that way because you began to notice it. 99% likely it's completely fine and nothing to worry about.
If you truly are losing more than usual its probably an internal problem closely related to stress. That's by far the most common cause.
