Okay so I just got done dying my hair with the DIY ombre loreal kit!(feria) and it was super easy to ombre my hair, BUT I dnt like the brassy/orange color it came it to!={ Its actually the color I wanted it to be but after looking at my self it really doesn't compliment my skin tone! so I was wondering if any of you beauties would recommend a good ash blonde hair dye or any hair dye that would really help turn my hair a blonde or ash blonde!!=] thanks in advance girlies!!

Do you have a picture? It'd be easier to recommend a dye if I could see your color result :)

It sounds like you just need to use a toner/purple shampoo. It will help tone down the orange and make your hair ash-ier. I'm assuming the ombré kit was pretty much just bleach?

From my experience a beige blonde ( which has warm and ash shades sametime, for ex X.36 ) helped me to fight orange tint, also smth with natural and ash pigments like X. 26 etc/ X is the level.
( if you are interested in this 'magic' numbers then:
Ash pigments -> 1, 6 ( purple both)
Natural -> 0, 2, <- both green/ 7-> more brownish):-)

Purple shampoo won't really do much to it, purple cancels/tones yellow tones, I would stick with the ashy toner instead, ash=blue blue cancels orange (in this case the copper/brassy tone) I mean you can try the purple shampoo but you wouldn't see much of a difference try the wella t14 toner, they have it available at sally's. and your hair is definitely not a level 7 I would say it's more around a 4 maybe 5. Definitely stay away from drug store hair color, try to use professional colors you can find at sally's they have a really good argan oil color line that repairs previously colored treated hair.
