Okay, so I placed two separate orders this weekend. I order the Naked 3 palette on friday, and then the Lorac Pro Palette this morning when it was in stock.. on both it still says my order is being processed. Now it says the Naked 3 is out of stock right now. And the Lorac Pro Palette is now permanently out of stock, will I still get my orders?

Yes, if you ordered them before they were sold out & your orders are being processed, you should get your pallets.

As long as you got a confirmation email, yes. If it charged you, you'll get them.

Sometimes it takes a few hours to go through with the payment, I know whenever I order from Mac, it doesn't charge anything till midnight that day. But as long as you got the confirmation, you're going to get your products.

Did you shop on sephora as I know it takes a few days for them to charge you even though your order is being processed x

Like other ladies said, you'll totally get your palettes. They could just be back ordered meaning they're out of stock now but they'll be sent to you once they're in stock again. MAC does that a lot

I hate to go into this with negative information but I work for a company that sells skincare and makeup and even if you got a confirmation email, there is still no guarantee that you will receive your order. It's called back ordering. Your order will still be processed and you will still be charged, but your order can be placed under a back order list. This means that the items that you ordered are not in stock, but as soon as they come in they will be sent to you. In this case we have to call the customer and let them know that part of their order or all of it depending on the item (s) is on b/o and that once it gets into our warehouse it will be shipped out to them. It would be in your best interest to contact both companies with an order number. Don't go off individual sellers, each company is different. You need to call the companies. That's truly the only way to know. I'm not trying to upset you, I'm just trying to give you an inside perspective as I am a retailer that works for a skincare/makeup company and I work with processing/shipping orders so I know how it works. Bottom line: call them.
