Some people would wear neutral colored eyeshadows but I usually wear them with like a dramatic eye look :)

With a red lip I usually just prime the eye and dust a skin tone eyeshadow on and I focus on the eyeliner. I usually wing it out quite a bit and it really makes your eyes pop and kind of gives you that flirty pin-up girl look!

Natural eye goes so good with red lips. Sometime just eyeliner and mascara goes with red lips or just mascara lol

I agree with Linda however, I also think a light shimmery smoky eye look compliments red lips as well.

Smokey Black Glittery eyeshadow works best with me as far as red lips go. I use Sugarpills Bulletproof, followed by Sugarpills Stella over to give it an extra kick of black shimmer.
