I'm not sure about actual Black Friday sales, but I do know that Ulta and Sephora are both having some great online deals. There's a bunch of freebies with different purchases, so I would definitely look online at those two places :)

Check temptalia.com for her list of deals or nouveaucheap.blogspot.com also has a great deal list. ecotools has a limited edition brush set, sigma has a good deal, urban decay is going to have amazing sales... I don't know whatever rocks your boat!
