Hey everybody!

So I am kinda sick of my hair...

Why? It just hangs around there, powerless, no structure...super boring. It never really grows longer then this (believe me I've tried growing it for years) now I wan't a change...I was thinking about a bit shorter ( near collar bone) or what would you suggest? I don't want to do a new color..
