Dark hair to light hair...

My have medium hair in layers. Bad hair cut. But I have always had dark hair... & I have bleached, colored my hair but I always go back to black. I REALLY want to change it... suggestions?

Or a mix of them if you will dye it at a salon- lowlights, highlights, balayage etc:-)
