Sorry, never heard of that so can't help you there! but I've heard lemon juice works well! you can also try sun-in from the drugstore.

I tried the cinnamon with honey and I slept with it in overnight and the next morning I washed it out and then a few days like I noticed lighter parts to it and it was slightly lighter brown overall I would recommend it it made my scalp hot though ahhaha (:
