I think your hair is a little too plain cuz it's in a ponytail. You should try putting it in a French braid or a donut bun. And I agree with everyone. I'm thinking the shirt's too long. Maybe you should have your shirt this long at least:

The shirt's too long and makes you look shorter as a result. Plus, the scarf's so big it looks strange.. Maybe try sth else? However your face n' hair look freat and youre rockin the boots; they're an awesome trend.
