Hi! I have extremely oily skin and acne scarring on my cheeks. I have to keep powdering my face constantly and it's a bit of a pain, especially if I'm in the middle of work and I get really conscious about it. I was recently told to use an oil free foundation (either liquid/powder). Advice on the best oil free full coverage high end foundations out there please? Thanks in advance! :-)

I haven't tried Estee' Lauder, but I've been using Smashbox the 18 hour foundation and Victoria Secrets Prime Time spray, and it covers my acne scars and freckles really good!!

Also a great primer that will help with the oiliness is hourglass mineral veil primer. It give you matte finish and keeps your makeup looking fresh all day. It's a little pricey so I've purchase the travel size which runs for $18 at sephora!

Thanks everyone! :-)
@Lizzy & @Rabiya : I've been using the Estee Lauder double wear for over 2 years now and as much as I love its full coverage and perfect shade, it ,sadly, still makes my face a greaseball if I don't touch up often enough! :-(
@Raquel : I'll have to check out the smashbox foundation and hope I get the right shade. Unfortunately, VS doesn't retail in Dublin, I'll have to check it out online. Thanks again! :-)
@Annmarie : Clinique doesn't do my correct shade! :-( thank you though! :-)

Definitely go online for VS, usually when I go in the store they are sold out in the Prime Time, but it's $14 USD, and I get the Smashbox at Ulta, the shades are great because they have a wide range and I usually have a hard time finding the right shade for my undertones, but I've heard some amazing things about Kevin Aucoin, it's just the price that held me back!! :-)

I have oily skin and acne scarring. I've found that Illamasqua Skin Base foundation works very well for my skin. It blends away my texture problems and is full coverage even though it's marketed as medium coverage. It blends extremely well and stays fresh throughout the day.

Have you tried Kat Von D? It's definitely full coverage. I really like it.

@Linda No I haven't. It doesn't retail in Dublin, and Sephora don't ship outside of the You.S either :-(
