I love the last one better they look alike but still last one looks hecka cute
Don't go too bright with it do it a bit darker my friend just did her hair like that she looks GREAT!

Nooo, keep your hair like that, you never know black hair is different you don't want to have a big change like that and regret it and have damaged and unmanageable hair.

If you have a good and experienced Stylist/Colorist they can probably do a red that compliments your skin tone and undertones. I like your current color though. But if you are looking for a change maybe you can get it toned to add some warmth.
