Well, what I do. Is I get massages at massage schools because future massage therapist need practice and it's cheap. I like to take my family, friends, or boyfriend. And it really helps you unwind. Make sure you have days off to yourself. Take a long shower or bath. Get a pedicure or take a nap. Those are a few things I do :)

I am constantly stressed and tense unless everything is organized. When I get stressed, I take out some time, to organize everything, especially if something in particular is stressing me out then I tackle that first. I kind of make a "to-do" list of things to deal with... and I put a lot of little breaks in it for "me time." That way I feel better about getting things done, and I can have some time to myself to decompress.
