Hair Styles for Long Silky Hair

I have naturally straight long, silky hair. Due to layer hair cuts, it's become thin but I'm letting my hair grow now. Currently I don't have any fancy cut and I mostly let loose my hair. It's falling flat on my face so I was wondering if there is any way I could style my hair to make it look stylish/bouncy or plain fancy.

My hair length is up to my elbow.

I have the same type of hair, just not as long XD
I normally straighten my hair then put a headband in it.
Your hair being so long I think you could do just about any style and it would look good.
If i were you though i would do one of two things 1. Crimp it ALL (so cute and give your hair TONS of body) or 2. Get some layers cut around your face or even some bangs...yeah bangs with straightened hair esp. because your hair is so long!
but like i said/typed i think any style would look good on your hair and always remember to be confident in yourself because thats when you will really shine XP Hope this help though this is just my opinion

Thanks Bethany! I've had layers, bangs and all of such fancy haircuts. But I noticed that hair becomes very thin in such hair cuts. And I don't want thin/scanty hair so I thought of letting my layers grow fully and just have simple straight cut & play around with fancy braids or accessories. I've been fascinated by the fish tail braid but don't know yet, how to do. I'd try crimping sometime. Thanks :)
