So I have hair a little longer than my shoulders, and I have a side fringe, whenever I curl my hair my fringe just looks out of place so I usually curl it up, but is there any other ways I can make it look a little more included with the curls rather than the hair just sitting there?

Braide them off to the side.

I'd suggest googling taylor swift. She used to have side swept bangs and wore her hair super curly. See if looking at her pictures can give you any kind of ideas or inspiration!

Will do! But is there a particular way people curl it nicely to merge with the curls?

Curl it away from your face so do your whole top layer going the same direction.

Curl away from your face but instead of curling any particular way, curl it straight up, so it can fall down naturally. Also bangs tend to fall out of shape faster, if that is an issue for you, once you curl it away from your face upwards, pin it in that position until your ready to go out. (:
