I have combo skin.. I get pretty oily but I also have some dry spots.. I always use moisturizer.. and I've used so many primers... Including benefit porefessional... Yet nothing seems to help my makeup stay on.

DeSlick by urban decay is an awesome setting spray that has held my makeup onto my oily skin.

What kind of foundation are you using? Maybe the foundation isn't working with your skin. How are you applying it? Fingers? Brushes? Beauty blender?

You need to set your makeup with a powder if your oily and buying a setting spray might work as well. Elf mist and set you can find for a quick fix at target for like 3 bucks if you don't want to spend on the urban decay or mac setting sprays which in my opinion (I tried all 3) work the same however I don't wear much face makeup to keep on :l.
