Try an orange/yellow toned concealer like Benefit's Erase Paste. Apply that and then go over it with concealer in her shade, or foundation. And if she's looking for a product that will reduce them a bit, tell her to try the Garnier rollerball. My mom uses it and loves it.

Try an orange concealer to balance things out then regular concealer.

Bobbi brown corrector is amazing! I use another liquid concealer for it for a more perfectly even skin tone. :)
