I have to dress semi-formal for my speech class tomorrow but I don't know what to wear. Any ideas?

I would personally wear some white skinnies, black booties with an oversized black blouse (: a nice watch too!

Whenever I've had to dress up for class it's been more professional, like a pencil skirt and a blouse and some heels. I don't know how old you are so that might be too much for your class, that's just what I've had to wear for college classes when giving a presentation/speech.
