I hate having flat hair, but I struggle giving my hair, I like it to be big at the roots but it never stays and I often have to carry a hairbrush around to back comb it! any suggestions?

When you dry your hair with a blow dryer, bend and blow your hair down :) after that you you hair spray in same position :)

Try to do the steps Zala told you about but add mousse into your hair and then blow dry it

You could also blow dry it over a round brush

Avoid using too many products as that makes your hair heavier and thus flat
