Not Your Mothers has a hair growth shampoo and conditioner that I've heard amazing things from. I love all of their products so I'm sure this one is equally amazing. Other than that BIOTIN!! Can't say enough good things about it!

I'm growing mine for 2 years and according to a chart it has grown like in 3 years, even if I had cut about 12 inches all this time. Honestly there aren't to much things to do. First of all take care of your health have a balanced diet so that you'll have enougth vitamins, minerals etc. I use a shampoo and a mask everytime ( 3 times a week), when washing my hair I also massage my scalp. I went from blonde to a more natural shade, close to mine so I don't have to do my roots every 3 weeks. Also I to avoid using heat, or just blow my roots, not the length in order to damade hair less, have cuts about every 4 months:-)

I switched to organic products, apply argan oil after my shower to retain moisture to keep them looking soft and healthy. Use thermal sprays whenever I do want to style and also do a cold rinse after my showers. Cold water help keep the hydration locked in. Organix products work really well, hope that helps. :)
