What is the difference in getting you eyebrows arched and getting them waxed.

Well.. I'm guessing eyebrow arching means adding/defining an arch to them when you get them done.
getting them waxed means removing the hair with wax strips.

Be careful when getting eyebrows arched , it may not suit your particular face shape , there's different brows for every face :)
