Coldish cool water well as cool as you can stand. Hot water damages the hair shaft.

Cold!! Hot water causes damage your hair. Use middle for washing and at the and ice cold so your hairs get shiny.

Cold/lukewarm water is the best for the hair and head. If you wash your hear with warm water the hair faster becomes greasy. So the answer is definitely COLD/LUKEWARM!
