If I were you, I would just dye it back darker while your ahead before they before turning into dead ends.As oppose to trying to repair it and being forced to dye it back or cut it anyway.

Olive oil does wonders for you hair!

Especially after dying my hair, I follow this method: 1) heat the olive oil in the microwave until it is warm, not hot. Usually about 30 seconds, but check on it frequently to be sure you don't burn yourself. 2) Apply the oil to dry hair, be sure to saturate the ends which seem to be your problem area. After saturating your hair, put on a shower cap. 3) Get in the shower with the cap still on, the heat and steam from the water will help to set in the treatment. I usually let mine sit for about 20 minutes and shave my legs or wash my face while I'm waiting the treatment to process. Be sure to shampoo all of the oil out. To further your hair rehab, try to stay away from heat and other harsh chemicals such as dye. Deep condition, I love Satin Reconstruct. Hope this helped at least a little :)
