I have a pale (yellow) complexion, Which I.feel looks very dull and unhealthy. (not attractive).
Maybe because I am anaemic. Is there a way to have a nice, healthy complexion? thanks;)

Yeah it's probably your anemia! Are you on iron supplements or anything?

Use facial masks that tightens the skin because it also brightens your skin. You can try some Korean products too :)

I agree with Traci and Velen. I drink green smoothies as I like the benefits of fiber but definitely you want to look into multi-vitamins. I know you mentioned not taking supplements but being anemic is no joke if you don't do anything to correct the situation. It causes for other issues to crop off that I won't scare you with. If you're concerned about taking unnecessary additives that are found in mainstream vitamins seek out assistance from a knowledgeable employee at either Vitamin Shoppe or Whole Foods. Followed with a great skincare program using the products Traci suggested best believe you're skin will be glowing girl. :)

It is all about your diet girl, what you eat on the inside reflects itself on your skin! I always notice that when I make an extra effort to eat foods that are healthy and natural my skin is glowing.

Also, STAY HYDRATED, I know it seems like something thats easy to overlook but it makes the world of a difference!!

Hope this helps, and make sure you follow typical skincare regimens (exfoliating, moisturizing, and cleansing) on a regular basis. xoxo

Please see a doctor before you start taking any vitamins or supplements! You can overdose on particular minerals and vitamins, creating adverse effects on your health. Some supplements will interact with prescriptions and cause dangerous side effects or reduce the effectiveness of the medications. A lot of times, taking vitamins you don't need will just end up being evacuated from your body (aka you will have vitamin-enriched urine) and waste money.

If you are anemic, work with your doctor to manage your iron levels. Eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise regularly. Stay hydrated. The healthier you are, the healthier your skin will be.

If pale and yellow skin is new you should definitely see a doctor to rule out any health problems. If it is purely cosmetic try using a lavender under your foundation to cancel yellow and a pinky bronzer as well as highlighting the planes of your face.
