try a bleaching cream. I get laser hair removal on my under arms so I don't have a shave. I think shaving contributes to the darkness too. hope that helps.

Dove makes a deodorant to specifically help with this. It worked for me pretty well, but mine weren't bad at all. Hope this is at least a little bit of help.

I've honestly tried everything! The best solution was waxing, but I had no time to upkeep it. Waxing is also a gradual process. It take a while to see a difference. I tried potato (a natural skin lightener), didn't really work. I also tried exfoliating and it helped someone, but waxing was the best.
