I take it with a multivitamin, because I heard it doesn't work on by itself. It seems to work great on my friend whose hair used to be really short and didn't grow but now it grows pretty fast!

I wash often, make sure my hair is moisturiezed, and use heat protectent whenever I style it. I try not to use to much heat on my hair though.

Biotin doesn't make yourhair grow.

You aren't supposed to take biotin unless you see your doctor first as like most other supplements its made for a deficency and if you don't need to take it then probably shouldnt, people usually get really bad breakouts and get sick also if they're taken incorrectly. In saying that, people usually take biotin in the hopes of it growing their hair.

I have been taking biotin for almost 7 years n the result is great!! my hair was short n didnt have volume but now its really healthy n big! I always prefer GNC companys biotin.thats the best 1
