Wash your face morning and night with a salicylic acid cleanser, and follow that with an oil free moisturizer. Neutrogena and Aveeno are my favorite brands for face wash and moisturizer, respectively. Make sure you're washing off all of your makeup, and don't touch your face if you can help it.

I think you need to see a doctor, it could be smth about hormones, bacteria etc.and a derm could advice yoy the best routine for your skin. But you could start with using less harsh products and eating less spicy or other good which makes blood run faster and skin produce more oils:-)

I use Quinoderm which is a benzoyl peroxide cream that's over the counter. I used the 10% one until my skin was clear (which took under a week), now when I have the odd spot I add some 5% on it. By morning it's gone, or there's a noticeable difference in size. This will make your skin super dry though. Arm yourself with plenty of heavy duty moisturisers!
