So as you probably know the new hunger games "catching fire" is coming out on November 22 (YAY) and my school is having a "dress up" day where you're supposed to dress up like your favourite character. I don't want to have like a full on costume but since Iove makeup I thought I'd do a Capitol inspired look. Ideas? Nothing I much. Pictures would be great :)

Do really bpld colors and abnormal lips... like yellow or blue. crazy hair color and updo. don't be safe in the capitol they are not safe as well... GO CRAZY.
