I only wash every other day but at some point I started switching it up w other shampoos. I was hesitant about using often because of the proteins in it. its great for my hair for a bit but to much makes it straw like and its not in the best shape as it is. Yeh it is kinda pricy esp for the size. the bottles almost gone but maybe I'll repurchase and skip buying the conditioner this time around
