@gen they are soft and silky good pigmentation something like urban decays shadows from the little swatch I got I can't even tell you how good they are because I couldnt even fit my pinky to get a good swatch but this is what I got... I didnt really get it because of the shadows more for the beautiful packaging and design but still its so tiny with that money I could have gotten a few of my favorite things by too faced and gotten a lot out of it plus the cute packaging

I have to pay o return it and I don't know how much they will charge but I'm considering returning it but I don't know =\... The packaging us beautiful but its so tiny I feel like if I do return it I could get my money back an buy the vice 2 palette with that but I don't know what to do.

If they're really pigmented that means you'll get more wear out of them so in the long run it might be worth 50 if it lasts long

@caroly I don't think its worth $50 I can get a urban decay palette for the same price and more product and same pigmentation

I saw that on the site. but couldn't see the product so I went to the next thing.. I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your purchase. that always sucks.

No yeah totally I don't even like the UD palette and I paid the 50 but just have to make a positive.

Now you have a well pigmented kit good for travel.

@naomi they do have pics in here of the product but it looks so much bigger they arent accurate

@carolyn you can't really do much with it even for travel I honestly wouldn't take it with me but it is a pretty collectors palette lol

I would return it even if it cost money. I don't think $50 for that is worth it even if the packaging is cute. I know I would feel really cheated because I'm used to getting 15-20 eyeshadows for $50. That looks like a huge rip off :/

I do feel cheated caitlin >.< lol.

Wow what a major rip-off! I hope Beautylish responds to this; this is just shameful on their part. Paying for a name and a fancy box... What a scam!

Nov 13, 2013

CPT- Lili R.

@emily if beautylish responds they are just going to tell me that I could get a full refund but honestly I don't want to pay to send it back thats just throwing away some money to get some of it back, I don't think its worth it you get me?

Have you looked into the return policy just in case? I've never ordered through Beautylish before so I have no idea what it would be like. Is there a return label in the box/packaging? Usually if there's one in there the postage is already paid. But I guess that also depends on what their return policy is to start with. If worse comes to worse maybe try to trade it on makeupalley or something? And this may be kind of awful but maybe wait until its sold out and then sell it online somewhere. The value will be less because it's been opened but someone out there may still want it if they're a big enough fan and they missed out. That way you may be able to at least get some money back on it.

This was my first time buying here and I read their return policy and it says I have to pay shipping... What's makeupalley? I I have never heard of it >.<... I'm the big enough fan of minnie but dam that was a rip off lol... I think I'm a just keep the dam thing but never buying another one lol

Hi Lili,

I'm part of the Beautylish team and I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with your purchase. We've been getting such a positive response about this product, so if you'd like to return it, I'd be glad to send you a shipping label via email as a courtesy. We definitely don't want you to feel as though you're "stuck" with a product you're unsatisfied with. Shoot us an email to help@beautylish.com and I'll make sure a label is generated for you.
