Does olive oil really help your hair become moisturized? And if so how much do you put in and for how long?

I feel like it does. Once I started putting olive oil in my hair it felt ten times softer!! I sometimes warm it up and rub it into my scalp for 30 minutes. Or I mix it with egg and abaca do and leave it in for 45minutea.

It's best to leave it in hair over night!
