L.A. Color Jumbo Eye Pencils Hit Or Miss?

Yeah people are saying it's a play off NYX jumbo pencils but don't all company's do that? I have collected quite a few of them and the colors are magnificent. They're way creamier the then nyx pencils which might be a problem for some. I own both products and love them both i can easily pick up one or the other.
