You can get your hair like this:
1. With heat: curling wand or wrap around a 1/2" curling wand
2. Without heat: wet hair with perm rods, straws, flexirods, etc

Symone is right. Flexirods are great for such styles and are easy/comfy as well.

Yes the flexy rods are good but that look isn't usually established until the flexies are old or plucked. tell me how it turns out!
