Gel Liner Smudging! >:(

My Mum recently bought a fake MAC gel liner for me and I absolutely love it, except it smudges and doesn't dry!

Is it meant to dry? Will a whole facial primer stop it from smudging? Or any other tips?

Try an eye primer, concealer or some powder underneath your eyeliner. Or set it with black eye shadow.

Set it with black eyeshadow or the corresponding colour. If you want one that is truly smudge proof and ultra black, I highly suggest you get the esence gel liner.

Agreed. I set mine with a deep purple or black shadow.
