It stands for Beauty Balm, and it's supposed to provide lots of benefits for your skin including moisturizer, SPF, evening out skintone, correcting dark spots/scarring, and most of all provide a very light overall coverage much like a tinted moisturizer would.

BB Cream in the U.S. is their fancy way of camoflauging what truly seems like nothing but greasy looking facial moisturizer or lotion. I tried Garnier & didnt like it, took it back!

The new brand of it just called bb is AMAZING! I love how it matches my skin tone perfectly and feels like i just refreshed my face with lotion but is not heavy.

BB is beauty balm. An all-in-one cream that gives you the no makeup look. Personally all these brands like garnier...l'oreal..ect make terrible ones. If you can find an asian retailer thats the best way to go. They have a better selection like matte or dewy. Whatever your preference is.
