I use nivea's day cream which hydrates my skin and also leaves a mat result! apply it before make up.

Moisturizing with an oil is great for both the oily skin and the dry skin. It won't make the oiliness worse, it should balance it out a bit and of course it will intensely moisturize the dry parts. I use Tarte's pure maracuja oil but there are many types and brands out there.

I always recommend lush moisturizers. they have a range of 10 different kinds that suit a vast array of skin types. and they are a great value. one pot lasts about 6 months and the prices range anywhere from $24-$90 depending on which one you get.

This sounds exactly like my skin... I have been using clean and clear foaming facial clenser for probably 6 years now... paired with the clean and clear moisturizer that has acne medicine in it... super basic and simple.. won't dry out and the moisturizer is light and effective. inexpensive too!
