I love the fact that these colors are neutral but still different than the previous palettes, Naked 3 appears to have a pinky undertone. Very rose gold, which I love! Even though I already have all the 'Nakeds' I'll still purchase this one because the colors in this one are unlike any of the other palettes.

Dying! it actually has a lot colors I'll use, as opposed to a couple like the other two Naked palettes. I can rationalize spending $50+ on it :)

I am overly excited for this new NAKED palette. I own 1, 2 & Basics - and am soooo glad this is much different than the others! I don't have much in the way of peachy/pink neutral eyeshadows, so this is perfect!
I hadn't read about it 'til now. Do we know the matte : non-matte shadow ratio?

It kind of looks like the lorac unzipped palette.

Its more rose. the lorac unzipped is more brown with golds. but that's just from what I've swatched.

The colors do look somewhat similar in the pan, but I couldn't really say how similar they are until I can swatch them side by side. (:
