Recently I started getting bumps on my upper arm, I've seen this in a lot of girls there not pimple just like bumps, what can I put on my arms? (hopefully you know what I'm talking about, thank you :)

Thats keratosis pilaris I have it too you should exfoliate with exfoliating gloves and salicylic body wash and moisturize area Cerave is a good lotion as Sunny suggested.

I use Am Lactin lotion for my KP (keratosis Pilaris) and it sounds like you have that.

Its just inflammed lymph nodes therefore it appears as bumps under your arm. Apply heat to that area. Keep it warm don't expose it to cold weather. Also apply a soothing cream to that area and within a week or so it should be gone:)

Its meant to mean a deficiency in omega (good fats) so try taking fish oil supplements etc, google it :)

I have the same thing. Drink lots & lot of water, mine are usually red so this keeps them from looking irritated. & Keep your arms exfoliated & moisturized, this can soften the look of them.

Yup it's the keratosis Polaris like Sarah and Traci said. I got it really bad after I had a baby. The dr told me to exfoliate and moisturize.
