Take off as much heat as you can! It makes your hair break which can slow your progress a lot.

Reduce heat and keep hair moisturised and cleanse the scalp from any dirt once a month. Also have regular treatments and trim dead ends off.

Also don't wash it everyday and brush it too much. Washing it everyday can dry out your hair and strip it away from the natural oils your scalp makes to make your hair grow longer and brushing it too much can cause more split ends.

Also used argan oil after my showers to help get moisture back in my hair :) and if you do want to use heat remember to always use thermal protectors before and avoid hairsprays as much as possible. Healthy eating also helps a lot more and so do prenatal pills (although havent tried the pills)
