You have what's called a hooded eye , which means have extra skin covering your entire eyelid. some tips I picked up because my sister has this eyeshaoe is to never apply highlighter to your brow bone just a neutral mate color but put shimmer on your tear duct, instead of lining the entire eye with eyeliner you need to focus in making your eyes appear so tight line your upper lash line and if you have to have eyeliner in you waterline go with a skin it white color eyeliner to open up your eyes and if you have to have black only line the 1/3 if the waterline starting from the outer edge. Hope this helped!
