Dry lips are a sign of dehydration. drink more water and use a moisturizing lip mask/exfoliator. Mary Kay makes one that's amazing. also clinique sells a lip moisture stick that looks like white lipstick that you wear under your lipsticks to help keep then hydrated.

You can scrub your lips with an old toothbrush, just brush over them gently and add a thick coat of petroleum jelly overnight. <3.

Wash with warm water, then use a mild scrub on your lips follow with a mask for about 10 min and the put on a hydrating lip balm. Do this at night so that the lip balm can sit.

1. Stay hydrated! (Your skin, hair, mood, and general health will thank you for this!)
2. In the shower, gently rub lips in a circular motion with a terry cloth washcloth. Easy exfoliation.
3. Keep a good lip balm on hand. Too Faced makes a GREAT lip balm if you're willing to shell out the cash.. but my personal favorite is Dior's Creme De Rose. A total splurge.. but you will be spoiling your lips with each application. This stuff feels like heaven once applied and it smells so pretty :)

Philosophy Kiss Me Tonight lip balm/treatment is my cold weather staple. I have to have it lol. I just ordered another last night because I'm out. It's amazing. I use it mostly at night and when I wake up my lips feel so much better. It's pricey ($20) but the little jar lasts so long and it does such a great job that I think its worth every penny. You can get it at Philosophy.com and right now they're having a promo where you get 20% off and free shipping on all orders. So instead of paying $25 with shipping added, you pay $21 and some cents. Use the code holidayship when you checkout :)
