I second UD primer potion for eyes is good :p

I haven't tried a powder foundation actually so I can't help you there :c

I've been using Urban Decay Primer Potion for over a year now and recently switched to MAC's Paint Pot in Painterly. Best decision I've ever made. I do my eye makeup at 5:30am and it still looks perfect at 9-10pm when I am leaving work. It's a little bit cheaper than Primer Potion and lasts A LOT longer.

Agree- I prefer the mac paint pot over anything else.
The UDPP didn't hold up against my oily lids
The elf one is a dupe for it, and for the price it's decent but still doesn't quite hold like the paint pots do.
I can literally get about 12 hour wear from it.
Painterly and groundwork and good fleshtones to start off.
I'm currently hunting for a new foundation but I've been into mac studio finish powder foundation :)

I use Smashbox photo finish. They have an eye and a face primer and I love both of them. But they're not exactly inexpensive. If you're looking for something cheaper, try the elf eye primer. It's like $3! I've also heard good things about the hard candy face primer. It's around $5 at Walmart.

I know this is kind of late but since I am so cheap I decided to make my own primer with stuff in my kitchen. there's a lot of recipes on mine. But I made mine using three ingredients. It works AMAZING. I get all day long wear and it doesn't get oily (bc I have oily lids).
