on facebook theres a page called the beauty and makeup blog and they always post peoples work asking love or hate it. it annoys me because they never give credit to the person who did the look and owns the pictures. I really like this one and i figured at least one of you must know. I want to know what she used for this look. :)

Try Maybelline Color Tattoo cream eyeshadow. It has nice colors & gives a similar effect.

Not sure who did this but maybe try hard candy eyeshadow. It has the same pigmentation effect as this.
