YOUR EYES ARE GORGEOUS! I wish I had bigger eyes! I do makeup to make mine BIGGER lol. But I'd you really want them to look smaller I find that lining my waterline with black makes them look a bit smaller.

I think your eyes are absolutely beautiful! If you want to make them less round to get less of the big eye effect, make them seem more angular :) try doing a cat eye! I would suggest starting off with gel liner and then move into liquid eyeliner for a more precise tip.
Using an angled eyeliner brush and your gel liner, line the upper part of your eye. Following the curve of your lower lash line, make a wing. Fill in the wing according to how thick you would like. Just make sure that the liner is thickest at the outer corners and thinnest in the inner corner. This makes your eyes look more angular and less rounded :)

I think like all the others you should be proud of how beautiful your eyes are. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! As mentioned, black eye pencil into your lower waterline would help you make them appear smaller.
Honestly embrace your eyes, also as you get older ull grow into your features. If you got it flaunt it!

I used to be really self conscious about my eyes too because everyone used to call me bug eyes. but then I learned to love my eyes. I actually really love my eyes and its nice that they are hazel. you have exceptionally beautiful eyes. I'm jealous haha. be proud because you can do some awesome makeup on your eyes. :))
