Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

It looks like a waterfall braid incorporated into a French braid. But The front part closest to the camera, the little sections are braided so it could be two criss crossed waterfall braid with French braid style at first and then a normal braid. Looks complicated to do lol. Beautiful though
