So my hair gets rats, knots whatever you want to call them...all the time. Anybody know why this happens and how to prevent them? Thanks in advance!

Little hair gnomes :P lol that's what I say when I get them...I think dry hair and splits cause them but I'm not positive. Wearing your hair up will prevent them, or if you want to wear your hair down making sure it's very silky smooth will also help. Maybe a leave in conditioner after you get out of the shower and an oil to give it more slip? That is what works for my hair but my hair drinks up everything and I don't know the consistency of your hair...a leave in and oil might be to much and make it just oily.

Thanks for the advice. My hair is thin so I think I'll try a leave in conditioner first and see if that helps.
