What types of brushes do you use? I've just purchase a brush made of goats hair and I find it really work well when applying loose powder.

I prefer to use natural bristles on the face (other than foundation) because it's not as heavy concentration of product. Natural hair tends to hold some of the product (just like our hair does.) But synthetic brushes on the eyes and for foundation because they won't eat your product because it's synthetic.

I prefer teddy bear hair. The few that I've gotten that are real hair have been rougher and fall apart easier after frequent washes. But that's just me😉

I just meant synthetic brushes. They work best for me. And I use my fingers a ton.

I'm just talking about daily use for me. I do have a bunch of natural ones tho for more artsy stuff. I paint on paper more than I do ppls makeup now a days. I use natural bristles only pretty much on my paintings. So I know what you mean about those natural bristles doing special things! I use the synthetic cuz they last better through my harsh, frequent washings. IMO.
